RIGHTS
On September 1, 2004, Claudia Jane gave OK for archive.org inclusion:
"Hi -- I agree to have my live performances taped and archived at archive.org. However, a copy of each taped performance must be given to me by each taper for my records. Also, though I may allow taping of my shows, the venues in which I play may have a different policy. Whenever a venue says 'no,' I'll say 'no' to taping, too. Soundboard access may or may not be available, depending on the venue and my equipment. All tapers must be prepared to support their own equipment without assistance from me or the venue.
Any recordings of my shows and any downloads of the recordings cannot be used for commercial purposes by anyone other than me, unless other permission is given by me. Also, any downloads of my recorded music and lyrics must be fully attributed to me by archive.org, and, once downloaded, my recorded music and lyrics must continue to be attributed to me by the downloader or trader.
I'm very happy to have my material on archive.org.
Thanks!

Re: mp3 ok?
"It's fine with me if you offer MP3 files to downloaders, too, but the same rules apply that I gave you for the regular downloading/taping."
